Governance should
enable speed, not kill it.

After 9 years shaping how engineering teams work through Jira and Confluence governance at Cegedim Group, I transitioned into Product Management with a clear mission: evolve internal platforms that people actually want to use.

Today I'm part of the team shaping the Product Factory ecosystem at cegedim.cloud — helping Engineering, SRE, and Security teams collaborate smarter, automate the boring stuff, and ship faster. My focus: embedding AI-first thinking and intelligent automation into every layer of the platform.

I work in an international environment, collaborating daily with teams in France and Egypt in English — which has sharpened my ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common product vision.
